The chimney service was supposed to last 1 hour 45 min.The technician spent 3 min boiling half a bucket of water ,and spent next 25 min cleaning the chimney. Effectively I paid 1200 ft 25 min of chimney cleaning. HWhen queestioned, his answer was chimney is clean and there wasno need to spend more time. Simple Next time I will not engage UC for household service . Please don't cheat.

Technician has informed that drilli g needs to b got done by some other person & then he will come for installation. While booking service, no where this is mentioned. So I insist that entire job of drilling & installation should be undertaken. I'm not satisfied with this sort of broken services. V look towards urban co for execution of job holistically & not piecemeal. So please arrange for drilling & installation immediately
