The chimney service was supposed to last 1 hour 45 min.The technician spent 3 min boiling half a bucket of water ,and spent next 25 min cleaning the chimney. Effectively I paid 1200 ft 25 min of chimney cleaning. HWhen queestioned, his answer was chimney is clean and there wasno need to spend more time. Simple Next time I will not engage UC for household service . Please don't cheat.
