The reason for consultation was the sound chimney was making. The original reason informed to us was because of the fan not working properly. He took the whole unit back and replaced the fan, after two days the sound had increased. Then he says it’s an old body which is making the sound. We were charged 2100 for a problem and it never got fixed.

According to portal it was for 60 mins. Person came late and stain in filter not completely removed. When asked he said it will go only this much

Partner was trying to do a hurried service of cleaning. Some parts were left unclean which had to be pointed out to clean better.

I booked for deep cleaning, however he was unable to open the bracket, But he said even without dismantling the chimney he can do deep cleaning. Later when I told him that cleaning inlet, outlets are mentioned in the app for service, he said he will do the basic cleaning. The customer care couldn't cancel the service, so we settled for basic cleaning (after multiple calls to customer care). However, the basic cleaning was also not done properly. We had to wipe the oils from corners after he left and used up an entire tissue roll. The only thing that was cleaned was the plates.
