Regarding water purifier services,paid balance amount of the quote and the app still shows proceed to pay. It's not updated. Will the service person simply leave the place without collecting the balance amount

Overall, the service was good, but we did have to provide our own hot water for cleaning purposes. While we were okay with doing so, it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance so that we could have prepared accordingly. It would have also been more convenient if the service provider had brought along a flask or utensils to make the process easier for us.
