My chimney was working properly before servicing after servicing the sensor is not working. Before also during deep cleaning it happened and it got resolved after one day automatically but this time it is not getting resolved even after 1 day. The happened to put extra solution/ water for which the machine is getting damaged. Urban company service ia becoming horrible day by day

Service provider said deep cleaning cannot be done on premise as it is metal blower chimney. He suggested cancelling but informed us about deduction of 219 rs after cancellation and not before. App should show that deep cleaning may not happen on premise so that users are prepared of this scenario. I wasted 200+ rs on a service i never had. Pathetic experience.
