Two men came in ordinary clothes (not UC tee shirt) to clean a chimney at 3 pm. They finished the work in half an hour at 3.30 pm. Booked hot water put caustic soda in the kitchen basin and soaked the filters. Used some oily stuff which they said was polish and cleaned the chimney. I wanted the oil removed from around the chimney. Previous chimney cleaning work took one hour and was clean. This looks like outsourced people not working in UC. Service is deteriorating
