A few months ago, I booked a service through UC and had the motor replaced. Now again, I'm being told that there's an issue with the motor and it needs to be replaced again. The new technician mentioned that the previous one likely installed a fake or non-genuine product. I contacted UC customer care, but the response was extremely disappointing.
