Absolutely worst service. No experience or knowledge. Took 3.5 hrs to do a simple chimney. Broke few internal part scratched the outer serface. Was not wearing urban company uniform. Had no proper equipment, he took scotch brite from us and scratched the entire surface and spoiled our chimney. No the chimney is producing even more loud noise and its suction power has reduced considerably. Worst service by urban company.

Not satisfied with the cleaning result. He didn't use steam cleaning as written in explanation. Oil was still dripping, corners aren't cleaned.
