I’m honestly disappointed with the way this whole issue has been handled. Your team keeps beating around the bush and instead of giving a straightforward resolution, I’m being told that even with a 6-month warranty claim, I may not be able to avail it. That makes no sense. What started as a small chimney issue has suddenly escalated into a full motor replacement costing almost half the price of the chimney. This is exactly what your previous expert asked me not to do and instead recommended only a capacitor change. Based on your team’s own advice, I refused the motor replacement. Now you’re giving me contradictory reasons and inflated repair requirements. Where is the integrity in your service process? Why should a customer pay for your inconsistent assessments? I need a clear explanation and a fair resolution, not shifting recommendations and added costs.
