Took almost 9 days for the chimney to be returned in working condition as uc partner said due to parts unavailability, for the first five days i did not get any updates and so i reached out to uc support who started following up later post 5th day, the number partner gave, he did not pick it and when texted in app there was no response so this review is only for the initial delay/ no updates that were provided to me.
