He unscrewd the chimney and kept the screws in a torned news paper and those screws are thrown away. I saw him wrapping but was not sure if he would keep it as trash. Now the chimney is hanged but the glass screws are not there just waiting to fall. I didn't like the service at all. He was always in a hurry to finish and didn't explain the repair process properly so whatever he asked we paid him.
