I had booked chimney deep cleaning services. Professionals (Mr.Jai Ganesh & Team) appeared on time and said the chimney's motor and capacitor was not working and had to be replaced. I was surprised, since we had used the chimney just last evening. WE accepted the professional advice and paid Rs 4800/- as repair charges (paid via GooglePay). We have not received any bill for the repair charges. They informed that the bill will be sent to my email ID and I haven't yet received any invoice. Additionally, the chimney lights were tested before taken for service and had no problems. Post installation, the lights are not turning on.
Mr Jai admitted his mistake of not informing the customer about the light not working during installation and promised to replace the chimney light with LED and hasn't turned up yet. He never answers the call despite multiple attempts to reach Mr Jai.
They also broke the chimney exhaust pipe without replacing it, they just wrapped it with cellophane tape.
This was my first service booked with Urban Company and will be the last. I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied with the service provided by Urban Company and DO NOT recommend them. Please proceed with CAUTION.
