The technician was to return next day after repairing the pcb board which he took with him. He took an advance of Rs2000. He did not turn up the next day. UC people kept calling him but even they could not get him to come. He finally turned up at 8.30 pm after 4 days. In our community no work is allowed after 7 pm. So he said he would come next morning to fix the part. But again he did not turn up. The job is incomplete still. After several complaints from several customers UC continues to assign jobs and new customers to this technician Beware of this technician.

Did what is necessary. I had booked for complete chimney cleaning service. He suggested it's all clean inside. So don't go for inside cleaning only outside cleaning is enough. Good person.
