The service was scheduled at 5. He called and said he will come at 2:30. But didn't turn up until 4pm. He brought another person with him as well. They only brought the chemical with them, no other equipment/tools were brought. Even the steel wool had to be provided from our end. Initially, he refused to clean the burners. He was only going to wipe down the chimney and stove. It was only after we showed him the details of the service on the app that he agreed to do it. After the service, there is a kind of greasy residue left on the stove.
