My Faber customer care didn’t respond, and finally, when they did, the technician gave reasons to bring a carpenter and that he couldn’t remove the flap on top of the chimney. I had called Manu thru UC initially but cancelled as the Faber guy came. With such a poor response, I booked again, and Manu was assigned. He was nice while speaking and, upon reaching, inspected and told what the problem was. He said he had to take the item along, as I had also requested deep cleaning. Without any hesitation, he carried it to the main gate and called me the evening the next day to update me that it was ready. I see the exact amount paid updated on the UC app Such superstars make the difference. What stood out was - his transparency to do things via UC and not outside as most don’t want to pay commission. - no unwanted talks - Timely update on the status - Photos to prove the work carried out - Before and After - Clarity on service warranty, as made by UC - finally, he is happy to be a UC partner and understands he will grow with time. We need more guys like him, and none of us would hesitate to pay for such quality service.
