A few months ago, I booked a service through UC and had the motor replaced. Now again, I'm being told that there's an issue with the motor and it needs to be replaced again. The new technician mentioned that the previous one likely installed a fake or non-genuine product. I contacted UC customer care, but the response was extremely disappointing. They said they can’t do anything and that it's the technician’s responsibility. It’s shocking that as a company, UC doesn’t take any accountability for technician errors. In fact, it seems like they might be encouraging this kind of behavior just to create recurring service calls and revenue. Overall, a very bad experience. I will never book through UC again. Beware of non-genuine parts being installed.
