Technician did a good job. But, the only disappointment was that technician was asking clothes to clean the chimney from us. Urban clap charges good amount of money for a service and this is important that they should provide their technician a sufficient clean clothes for everyday job. This is not right that customer should be responsible for arraging the cleaning clothes
