First of all overall service delivery made after 3 changes of service partnera. Even finally Rajeah came he was quick to say this need varnish colur etc and need to take service centre. Due to my persistence tesistance finally he said it could be done at home. He even made me awaited 2 days further with many follow up. Finally after raising customer complaint he came and cleaned. But initial approach to cheat by suggesting varnish colour etc.

Mr Sunil is a thorough professional and an honest boy. He cleaned my chimney very well and we are very happy with his service. Mr Vijay Shanmugam of Urban Company visited us earlier and told us that hydr motor is not working! When I countered him he got annoyed! He has no good knowledge of the chimney I feel so. The same chimney is now serviced by Mr Sunil and it is working very fine. Employees like Vijay must be counselled by UC and Sunil be patted.
