We booked for deep cleaning gas stove and chimney service. Chimney service was done and charged for but gas , deep cleaning was not at all done. On top of that we have been overcharged by Rs 3,000 and on top of that when we reached out to customer support , the manager Mr hemanth bluntly refused to help us out or even share an invoice to show why we were charged the amount and just argued with us and spoke very badly. He also asked us to make the entire payment to his staff directly instead of on the app. Please take strict action and see to that the needful is done and solve our issue immediately.

Servicemen was unprofessional and did not do a timely service. In-spite of me only following up there was no proper response. Mainly the stove cleaning was not done properly, it was not upto the mark. We ourselves clean it regularly, but I didn't see him using any products or cleaning solutions. This is one of bad and worst experience I have seen. I had opted for basic cleaning but however this was not at all basic. For this price amount, the service was delayed and not also cleaned nicely. When asked about the quality of cleaning, he responded we had to choose deep cleaning. I have been using UB for quite a few years and have taken multiple services and I am aware of what type of cleaning must be opted and what must be expected. This is was not a good one, if for sure i can say, from his way of representing to behaviour and service.
