أسئلة متكررة

Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?

Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

Is the service safe for children and pest?

Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

What will the first visit include?

Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house

Why do I need the second visit?

The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?

No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

What will the second visit include?

Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house

What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

4.5

Afzal explained the process in detail. He checked each drawer for signs of cockroaches. Removed the utensil drawers and placed them gently and carefully in the hall area. He also asked where I usually spotted cockroaches and sprayed a bit more in those areas. He is polite, and did neat work. Highly recommend Afzal’s services.

Very gentle, polite & helpful person giving due respect to a senior citizen like me. Went out of the way to help in removal of items. Did a thorough professional job by also explaining the complete process. I extremely appreciate the excellent service provided by him. My only regret is that the company does not provide complete details of what all is covered in the removal of items from the kitchen. Normally it is understood that everything including glass items, crockery etc. is included. This must be added to your app where service is being booked so that one is fully aware of the same, rather than leaving the customer in the dark & making it known only when the personnel comes to do the job.

Please urban company do mention properly what things will the service provider will take out and which not. As they are specific that crockery and masalas and food items from the drawers they will not take out and they have discussed with company in the training’s. Why urban company doesnt specify it properly. This guy was helpful and supportive in picking up my things as i dint pick all the things that he asked for on call as i dint understand what i ll pick and what they will pick

حول Cockroach Control

3 month protection against cockroaches:

We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.

Thorough inspection of the area

Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas

Unique 2 visit treatment

The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
