This was the WORST experience I have had ever. I have done pest control multiple times before this from urban company itself but this was my worst experience. The problems started even before this person reached my place for pest control. I had booked the service with utensils removal option from UC. 1 hour before the scheduled time he called me and told me to remove all the utensils and cookware made with glass. I told him on call that I do this twice every year so I know what to do and I have never been asked to do this. Plus I told him to first come and have a look because we don't have much utensils to remove in the first place. The majority of the utensils are kept in the modular kitchens lower shelves itself. He didn't had to remove anything from top shelf. Still before coming he had a customer care executive call me and tell me that I should remove the items and that the guy coming for service has asked him to talk to me. This was the first time I have ever received a call before pest control service asking me to do all this even after paying extra specifically for utensils. Then later when he came he started complaining how urban company pays them very less and there's so much work. Also told me that he had injured his leg and had asked urban company to send someone else to which they didn't agree. Then later while working within first 5 mins he broke ghee bottle at our place. Now coming to the worst part. I spent around 2000Rs for this service including taxes but I can still see almost the same number of cockroaches on the very next night of doing the pest control. This is not something that has ever happened before. Also this is for the UC team as I am not sure about how this procedure exactly has to be performed but he opened a chemical bottle which was a small bottle and took the pic to upload on the UC app. But he didn't use the entire chemical from that bottle. I don't know if he is supposed to used the entire bottle so please look into this and tell me if this can also be a reason why I can still see cockroaches in my kitchen. I was also not happy with his service because he didn't do a few things which the other guys before him used to do. Also after all this he was asking me to give him a good rating. I would like a refund for this pathetic service. Also please don't send this guy at my place for the 2nd follow up service.
