What will the first visit include?

Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house

Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?

Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Is the service safe for children and pest?

Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?

No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

What will the second visit include?

Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house

Very disappointing experience. The professional was extremely unprofessional and rude. The service price shown on the app for complete home pest control was ₹2,059, but he kept insisting that I pay ₹2,300. Even after I showed him the price displayed in the app, he continued arguing instead of resolving the issue professionally. During the service, he handled household items carelessly while moving things around and ended up breaking some of my glassware and crockery. There was no proper apology or accountability for the damage caused. His behavior throughout the visit was argumentative, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The entire experience was stressful and unpleasant. I expect better-trained professionals and transparent pricing. I request that this complaint be investigated and appropriate action be taken regarding both the damage caused and the conduct of the professional.

Pathetic service, person spoiled all the stuffs in kitchen, he was not having understanding of the work, completed 2 hours work in 45 minutes and left the site in hurry. We were ready to move out stuffs from kitchen, but he stopped us and sprayed on all material even on cleaned utensils and food items. Now we are struggling to put back house in order
