Firstly the technician arrived late. Second, There was an issue with the power supply in the board. While I understand that and was ready to get that fixed. I’ve asked for servicing my Geyser which would save me from booking a service again. But this person seems to avoid and escape work and closed the ticket even without checking with me. When I requested to service my Geyser he said go and book again. A very lazy and lethargic technician whom I would never prefer again.

Material cost of ₹300/- indicated in invoice not understood. On the whole, the total cost should have been more reasonable.
