My Urban company partner arrived 1.5 hours late, I had to call him multiple times to confirm if he coming at all. He emptied the kitchen carefully but it seemed he finished the job in haste since he did not remove the toiletries and laundry under the sink cabinet. Later on, when we started looking at the cupboards we found the toiletries all soaked in the chemical and the newspaper was completely drenched. It also seems he did not properly spray at the back corners under the sink since both the cupboards were occupied with things. We left the house immediately after the pest control to avoid breathing in any dangerous fumes, but on our return we found that the partner had left one of the kitchen windows wide open, even though the netted shutter was previously opened. Now I am worried a rat or lizard might have sneaked into the house. I expected a better management from Urban company staff.
