How ridicoulous. The service guy opened up all the pipes , messed up the entire bathroom, told me he needs to buy some parts, took the geyser parts and vanished. What nonsense is this ? Do you want me to lodge a legal complaint . I need my parts back

The technician spent literally 5 minutes to check the geyser and asked me to contact the brand to do the repair. 288 Rs to tell me to call the company! I don’t need an electrician to tell me that. Utter waste of time and money. He spent more time explaining why I should give him a feedback and rating on UC app.

He was not ready to do service. He just told everything is ok. And just ran away in 5 minutes saying all is ok. We have called for service not for repair. He didn't open geyser. It is like fooling a customer
