He put an old thermostate back in his bag while moving out without our permission, which we had to get it back. It seems old thermostate was workable or having some financial value due to which he wanted to take with him. Additionally, we were facing resistance multiple times in adequately making gyser in working condition.

The technician spent literally 5 minutes to check the geyser and asked me to contact the brand to do the repair. 288 Rs to tell me to call the company! I don’t need an electrician to tell me that. Utter waste of time and money. He spent more time explaining why I should give him a feedback and rating on UC app.
