He put an old thermostate back in his bag while moving out without our permission, which we had to get it back. It seems old thermostate was workable or having some financial value due to which he wanted to take with him. Additionally, we were facing resistance multiple times in adequately making gyser in working condition.

I had booked only a checkup because the geyser made very much noise. When he opened it he saw that the soil was covered in hard water stains. He changed the coil nd now it isn't making any sound at all. The professional was skilled and knowledgeable. Gr8 service as always.
