He is demanding ₹687 instead of ₹288 and has not completed the work. He said it is a plumber’s job. He only changed one pipe and refused to change the second one, saying it should be done by a plumber. He also mentioned that I selected the wrong service and should have chosen plumbing in the application. But if my issue is with the geyser, why should I select plumber instead of geyser service?

1. The technician informed us that he would be late by half an hour due to last-minute additional work. However, we later learned that he had taken on a last-minute request for four TV installations from another customer, despite originally being assigned only one. 2. While we understand he got wet due to the rain, his lack of politeness when requesting a dry cloth (per poch) was disappointing. 3. His approach to handling appliances was highly unprofessional. His improper posture and careless handling nearly resulted in damage to our installed TV and geyser 4. We expected the UrbanClap professional to carry general parts, but he did not. Instead, he insisted we arrange the parts ourselves, which was not feasible as we couldn't leave the house unattended due to security concerns. He reluctantly agreed to bring the parts only after being scolded. 5. To assist, we provided our personal toolbox, hoping it would help avoid buying extra parts. Unfortunately, he mishandled our neatly organized tools and took our plumbing tape without permission. 6. It's also disappointing that he did not carry basic materials like tape, which are typically essential. We were forced to give him ours. We are left wondering: what would he have done if we didn’t have it? 7. Both the technician and his partner were not in UrbanClap uniform, which raises concerns about authenticity and accountability. 8. Most concerning was the technician's lack of politeness and humility. He was often argumentative and rude, which made us feel uncomfortable and raised a serious safety concern for our family. 9. Additionally, we had read negative reviews about this technician before booking, but we decided to give the service a chance anyway. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be miserable, which only reinforced our trust in those negative reviews. 10. We wanted to speak with UrbanClap support before booking the geyser installation due to concerns from negative reviews, but there was no option to connect. The system kept redirecting us to past services, which felt unresponsive and robotic — raising serious doubts about your commitment to customer satisfaction
