He is demanding ₹687 instead of ₹288 and has not completed the work. He said it is a plumber’s job. He only changed one pipe and refused to change the second one, saying it should be done by a plumber. He also mentioned that I selected the wrong service and should have chosen plumbing in the application. But if my issue is with the geyser, why should I select plumber instead of geyser service?

Technician removed scale from the geyser, but it is not removed fully. There is still good amount of scale inside geyser.
