Without taking any consent he change the pipe and than told us that as it is damaged one i replaced it, if you want i can again replace it with the old one. Does that make any sense?

Without adding any spare part, generated a false quotation of 220/- or something which I rejected. When confronted by me, he said that UC does not pay us enough and this is how we make our commission. Very unprofessional behaviour - trying to dupe customer. I am sure he must be doing this with other customers too.

Mr. Abaid did understood the problem immediately and got to work , but he was confusing us about the price and after the service done he was confusing us that he took advance before a bit extra so he will pay us back the remaining amount but we need to pay it in his account i immediately caught what he was saying and told him you just send the quotation and the UC app would deduct that amount, he got that we wont pay him in his account and immediately sent me the quotation. Apart from this he did his job perfectly.

Heating element destroyed while he was trying to descale the geyser. He banged on the heating element. Cost of replacing is Rs 3000 as per Racold.
