Urban company is not supposed to get paid for simply showing up to charge the visitation fee.You are supposed to provide a solution and solve the issue.Repeated failure of Urban Company to provide any service.

He has done service and then while we testing its shows something wrong is happen and he has started to give me baseless arguments.He treat me as I am the new user and dont know about the gyaser.. I would request all please do not take any service from him

Here i am editing my review, bcos same perosn came again today n resolve problem ( he gave reasn that his phone off so wasnt able to connect with mr and company ) though over all his job work done at home now... and perosn is polite. Today i meet him in perosn. Madam, i book this repairing for gyser, he took my gyser outside for repaaring , and told 1500 rs. For repairing, my old age mom was at home, she dont know the system and online invoice syatem and all.. she paid this person 1500 rs in cash.. he even not generate that 1500 rs online invoice also. So i am not came to know about this. Just today morning i found that gyser is still not working, and so i asked at home and came to know that person is over charged us.
