First of all, technician came with some guy along with him, there were 2 people for 1 geyser service, before making any changes, Technician stated that thermostat needs to be changed, but I had some technical knowledge, I advised that Thermostat is going good let's check after connecting wires(which was actual issue), after that technician stated that if I am not ready to change Thermostat, then he cannot wait for geyser water to be heated and he has other appointments too, my appointment was for 8 and technician arrived after 11, and he offered price of thermostat as ₹3500.00, which is totally different than UC charges and he also offered that if he completes job on UC and then I buy thermostat from him, he would help with 50% discount, completely unprofessional, if I needed random bargaining for service I would have contacted local technician
