He is demanding ₹687 instead of ₹288 and has not completed the work. He said it is a plumber’s job. He only changed one pipe and refused to change the second one, saying it should be done by a plumber. He also mentioned that I selected the wrong service and should have chosen plumbing in the application. But if my issue is with the geyser, why should I select plumber instead of geyser service?

The person fixed the geyser heating issue well. However there is a light in the geyser which the person needs to fix and he didn't have the light and we are calling and following up for two days. The person said he will bring the light and fix it. The person is not proactive to respond just because the money is fully paid upfront, it's not taken seriously .
