Did not accept online payment and insisted that online is not an option especially when as a customer I am very well aware that it is available as I am a UC customer for the last 7-8 years now. Very weird.

After geyser service the electricity of the flat is tripping...i had to take the geyser offline last night for stop tripping..... your person came back today but it didn't happen in his presence .... he refused to look into the geyser .... and maintains that his work is without fault... very rude and unprofessional behavior.... and to my knowledge problem still stands as it has not been diagnosed and corrected
