He put an old thermostate back in his bag while moving out without our permission, which we had to get it back. It seems old thermostate was workable or having some financial value due to which he wanted to take with him. Additionally, we were facing resistance multiple times in adequately making gyser in working condition.

The guy was not having any idea about the issue and quoted more than Rs. 1700 quotation for koel changing, however, it was never a issue, I get it fixed with a local vendor in just Rs. 200. Please do not send such unqualified or cheater people for service. Really unhappy with Urban service.
