Damaged fixtures and unprofessional behavior I booked a bathroom deep cleaning, but the experience was a disaster. The service professional applied a cleaning chemical to my metal taps and shower head and failed to rinse it off properly. As a result, the metal is now permanently corroded and stained. To make matters worse, the overall cleaning quality was subpar, and the technician spent more time trying to upsell me and asking for extra money for "additional services" rather than doing the job I already paid for. Extremely disappointed; I now have to replace my fixtures. The work itself was sloppy, unprofessional and destructive. Service included deep cleaning of tiles and grouting with scrubbing machine, but he didn’t use it, when asked for a reason, he said his hands were more capable than the machine for the cleaning.

Did a good job but were hurried and I had to tell them to do the things, they were trying to get away soon , tried not to place the things after clean up and left it on me. Then after I told them they have to do it, they did it. Cleaning was good , could be better.
