[04/10, 11:39] Dr. Surabhi Chaddha: UC professional came late by 20 minutes. He was not in uniform. He did not wear a mask. Every 10 minutes he was asking me as to how much time is left. But wen I told him to remove the pack wen it was overdry, he told me 4 mins r remaining. He wound up the 1 hr 20 mins as sole rejuvenating foot massage in 47 minutes n wen I told him that I hav set a timer n it's only 47 minutes, and then he argued that SOME FOOT MASSAGES FINISH EARLY. I had booked this for my father. UC professional was using his mobile all the time, even while head massage he did with one hand n other hand was on his mobile on the bed on watsapp chat. He did not tell my father to sit for the shoulder massage. He did it directly on the bed [04/10, 11:44] Dr. Surabhi Chaddha: How can the shoulder neck n head massage be done lying down on bed.???? Wen I asked him where is the oil, he said this is a dry massage. Seriously?? Are we customers so dumb? [04/10, 12:09] Dr. Surabhi Chaddha: Wen I showed him the picture/ specifications of oil mentioned in the service, he reluctantly took an old bottle out from his bag which was half empty. [04/10, 12:10] Dr. Surabhi Chaddha: During the last 5 minutes, I left my father unattended, UC professional went on time up without cleaning the floor n without informing me . [04/10, 12:11] Dr. Surabhi Chaddha: The UC female staff is far more professional n competent. He left without cleaning or telling me. Floor was soiled n wrappers were spilt. No mask no uniform n looked as if not taken bath for few days. I hav pictures. Used local shampoo for pedicure.
