She was very calm around my dog which I was very grateful for. She didn't bring any cleaning equipment though and even though I have everything she'd need at home, I was unable to communicate that because I was trying to make sure the dogs wouldn't get in her way. She didn't even ask though. All she asked was for the vacuum and mop. The bathroom and balcony floors were still covered with water after she had cleaned it, the kitchen hadn't been wiped down properly, neither were the tabletops and cabinets. I'm guessing it's because she did not have the right cleaning equipment with her. My previous experience with UC service staff has been very hands-free; they just knew exactly what to do. I'd have to give her very clear instructions and directions next time.
