The guys come and said we cant take out the ac and clean i ask them to clean from out side or i bring guys to take out the window ac or bring big ledder anything they want they said we did email and we cant do anything and just left buy saying talk to the customer service we cant do anthing what is this my ac is 2.2 meter high they have a ladder why they cant remove it they said it 1.5 ton ac we cant remove it its heavy Or clean it for outside what a joke. May be this service is good for massages not for Ac cleaning kindly hire really men to do work
