He was extremely unprofessional and very rude. In my absence, he came to my home, and my parents received him. When they asked him to provide a demo, he refused to speak or respond and said it was not his job. He completed partial part of the work, damaged a kitchen tile, and argued with my parents. He then left without informing them. When I called him for an explanation, he said I could complain to anyone and that he didn’t care. I felt bad because I had even given him a $100 tip, yet he was rude, left the work incomplete, and argued with my parents. He also used very foul language and unacceptable language. The work is still incomplete, and I request Urban Company to look into this matter urgently. It would be better to disable such workers on the app so future customers do not face similar issues.
