Improper assembly. I had to check thoroughly to find out what is missed and had to struggle to convince him to do the required thing… he is unconvincingly finding escapes and excuses and fault with the product for defects in assembly, instead of listening to the customer. This is my third product of this kind and I have a thorough idea about it and the way it is installed and how it works post installation…On my thorough insistence he did locking of joints of all the draws. I still doubt if he did the same for the joints of the cabinet shell as they are not visible.

He doesnt even know whats the problem is. he told me to buy the spare part and fit myself.. i asked him to arrange the spare part and fix it i will pay the bill.. but he dont have any knowledge regarding that chair ...
