Service was booked for two bathrooms,first she came late for 20mins then cleaned only one and refused to finish second bathroom saying time won't be sufficient and she has to go. Without even discussing she just put service complete and left. We trust urbn clap that's why we pay infront but now again we had to book other slot . It's double charges and compromise in our work schedule as well. Please sent professional who really can complete the task not who quits and make a mess of each others time
