No professional arrive after delivery on its due date for installation. Give call on the professional from UC app, said will arrive next day and gave me his personal number. But Next day also didn't show up. Then it's next day, i called again, professional didn't pick up on both UC app number and his personal number. So i go for customer care support, explain to them this whole situation, they said they will contact this profession service guy, they contacted him, profession guy said customer didn't pick up that day, which is a Lie he said as i have already contacted him that day after he didn't arrive on his due date and also gave me his personal number to contact me on this to find home location on call. All this things i told to the customer support, they said they will arrange another professional to arrive next day and also will continue contact existing professional for installation. I said okay. Next day,same situation, nobody arrives neither new they said they will arrange nor the existing one. I contacted again customer support, they said they didn't able to arrange new professional and old one phone is showing switch off. So, customer support said arrange some local professional guy and we will cash out the money but in my area there is no such services available. So i contacted customer support and told them that no local service available and i want to return the product. Said If they provide such poor services now i don't want to have such services in future. So they said okay we. Will return the product give me some time. Next day morning the UC app and WhatsApp message came shows installation service successfully completed and it suprised me as NO GUY showed up and the product is still lying. I contacted customer support, they already assume i got the service. So i told them that i explain to you already yesterday that is the same women i was talking to yesterday on customer support, i said i already explained the whole situation, i didn't get the service and i want to return the product that's it now. She said okay and she will request for return service now give me few minutes. Again no response from that conversation. After some time another guy called from UC , said has the professional arrive, which i said NO i explained already to you guys the whole situation i have been facing for couple of days now. Talk to your colleague and kindly return my product. He said okay we will start process for return and will update you on this. Now today no calls and no updates received yet. I got the product lying here with no service technician arrive and the customer support service is just making to wait everyday and asking me the same whole situation again and again. Worst experience, no service, customer support not keeping up with my situation and so much of my time and days wasted having trust this company and its services for first time and the last time.
