What are the AMC charges?

We have a unique variable AMC plan where you pay only for the number of filter changes you need. Also, all AMC plans include unlimited free repair visits including spares cost. If you bought the TruWater Premium Smart Machine and you need only 1 filter change, it will cost you 2500, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 3,499 For TruWater Elite, 1 filter change - it will cost you 3200, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 4,199

What are the dimensions of the machine?

TruWater Premium series: 334 * 235 * 485 mm, TruWater Elite: 360 * 254 * 485 mm (All dimensions in LBH format)

How does TruWater machine help me reduce water wastage?

Machine comes with an extendable pipe to reuse water for other applications

What is the 7 day trial?

We provide a no questions asked return policy within 7 days of installation of the RO

What are the installation charges and what items are covered in installation?

a. The installation and installation kit is free. b. UC does not cover any electrical or plumbing costs during installation, c. If input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, please install a company provided pressure reducing valve at an additional cost, if pressure is below 10 PSI then you need to install ‘Pressure enhancing pump’ at an additional cost.

What is the maximum TDS for which TruWater purifier will work?

Upto 2000 TDS (above 2000 efficiency and life of membrane will decrease)

What all is included when I purchase a TruWater RO?

Included in the box: Water Purifier, Installation Kit, External Sediment Filter Excluded in the box: Booster pump, Pressure Reducing Valve. Iron Cartridge (these are based on pressure condition, to be purchased at the time of installation)

I was very impressed with the technician’s professionalism and efficiency. They arrived on time, were polite, and explained the installation process clearly. The technician worked quickly but ensured every detail was taken care of, including testing the filter to make sure everything was working properly. They also left the area clean and tidy. I did wish for a bit more information on regular maintenance for the system, but overall, the service was fantastic. I feel confident in the installation and would definitely recommend this technician to others.
