SEVERE MISCONDUCT, EXTORTION, AND SAFETY RISK - IMMEDIATE BAN REQUIRED This professional must be immediately blacklisted from the Urban Company platform. Their behavior was not just unprofessional; it was fraudulent and a direct threat to customer safety. 1. OFF-APP EXTORTION & BRIBERY: The technician explicitly refused to do his job unless I paid him an undisclosed cash bribe outside the app, stating: “Urban Company doesn’t pay us, so you have to pay me directly.” This is a blatant extortion racket. 2. AGGRESSIVE HARASSMENT: During the initial visit, he was highly agitated, raised his voice, and tried to aggressively coerce me into signing the completion form before even opening the boxes or doing the work. 3. SYSTEM FRAUD & LIES: After I escalated his behavior, he pulled a no-show the next day, arrogantly told me on the phone “I don’t come, do whatever you can,” and then committed fraud by falsely updating the UC app to claim “Customer Refused Installation.” This person is using the Urban Company brand to run a rogue extortion scam and intimidate customers inside their own homes. I have phone recordings and chat proof of this entire ordeal. Retaining this partner is a massive legal and safety liability for your company. I expect written confirmation that his partner ID has been permanently terminated.
