The facial felt as if it was being done for the very first time — it lacked precision and technique. During the waxing, the stick was wiped too hard against the skin repeatedly, to the point where I could hear a scratching sound, making the experience quite uncomfortable. Overall, they seemed very unprofessional throughout the service.
