The professional was a very rude and unreasonable person. As soon as he came without even looking at the washbasin and bathrooms - they said that it can't be cleaned at all. They also behaved in a rude manner by shouting at my family members. They refused to clean the washrooms by saying that their hand can't be reached which is totally untrue, even if we do it at home, it'll be even better than this. They also told that we can engage them by paying ₹1200 next time and not booking through Urban Company. Such individuals should not at all work for UC and they should be banned from this site - they were extremely unprofessional, rude and totally useless individuals.

some areas were not cleaned, it was not easy to access but it was doable.. after service the person dropped some yellow color liquid on stairs and ourside bathroom i think his bag was leaking.. will not call this person again..
