Our water purifier is designed to work effectively in all urban areas. Based on our understanding of TDS levels in urban settings, it performs optimally for TDS levels up to 2500 ppm. For areas where the TDS exceeds 2500 ppm, the membrane's lifespan may decrease. Therefore, we do not recommend using Native Water Purifiers for TDS levels above 2500 ppm.

TDS controllers (also referred as TDS booster, adjuster, or taste adjuster) mix untreated water back into purified RO water to increase TDS levels. This can reintroduce harmful contaminants like lead, arsenic, bacteria, and microplastics—making your water unsafe, even if it tastes better.

At Native, we believe 100% of your drinking water should be fully purified. That's why we never use MTDS. All your water passes through the RO membrane, and only after full purification do we add back essential minerals like calcium and magnesium—nothing else

Yes, an active power supply is required for the purifier to dispense water. To avoid disruptions during power cuts you can purchase the Native UPS as an additional accessory while ordering the M2.

With your purchase, you’ll receive a water purifier, an installation kit, and an external sediment filter, along with free delivery, free installation, and a 2-year unconditional warranty. Please note that a booster pump and a pressure-reducing valve are not included, but these can be purchased separately if needed.

Our warranty is truly one of a kind, unmatched by any other brand in the market. It provides comprehensive coverage for 2 years, including all costs related to filters, membranes, and electrical parts in case of defects, as well as any service or visit charges during this period.

Installation and the installation kit are provided free of charge. However, electrical or plumbing costs incurred during installation are not covered by UC. If the input water pressure exceeds 30 PSI, a pressure-reducing valve from the company is required, available for an additional ₹250. For input pressure below 10 PSI, a pressure-enhancing kit can be purchased for ₹500.

Make sure you have a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. When connecting the purifier to IoT, ensure your smartphone is within 5 meters of the purifier for a seamless setup.
