The worker did not show up, and according to customer service, the reason is that her manager refuses to send any of the workers under his supervision to my home in order to please the worker Ivy. I am demanding a strict action to be taken against both of them for the harm that he and Ivy continue to cause me. Such behavior is not befitting of someone who holds a managerial position or works in a reputable application. Customer service has also provided me with the names of the 18 workers under his supervision so that I can avoid booking any of them. I am waiting for the app’s management to take the necessary action. ————— لم تحضر العاملة والسبب كما اخبروني في خدمة العملاء أن مديرها لا يريد إحضار أي عاملة من العاملات المسؤول عنهم الى منزلي… وذلك إرضاء للعاملة آيڤي. وأنا أطالب بقرار صارم في حقها وحقه للأذى الذي ما زال يسببه لي هو والعاملة آيڤي. فليس هذا التصرف يدل على شخص يستحق أن يكون مديرا وأن يعمل في تطبيق محترم. وقد زودوني خدمة العملاء بال18 عاملة المسؤول عنهم حتى لا أحجز أيًّا منهم. أنتظر من المسؤولين في التطبيق إجراء ما يلزم
