I liked the service overall and the installation was done properly. However, the technician who came for installation did not clean up after finishing the work. There was drilling dust left all over the area, and the unboxed product packaging was also left behind. This was disappointing, as basic cleanup should be part of a professional installation service. Urban Company should train their service agents to clean the mess they create during installations.
