She was very rude and the moment she entered she said she has bad news for me which is urban is stopping nail art service from 5-Dec-23 I requested her many time for proper consultation but she was unable to explain a single line as she was just 12 pass 22 years girl and she ask me to take her personal number to book her for future and also she mentioned she doesn’t like to work with UC due to travelling she wants to open her salon with UC existing client also she was arguing me like anything

So bad! The gel nail extensions weren’t done well. The shape was off and he had to remove and do two nails again. He didn’t get the paint on right. It’s half washed off in half an hour. He didn’t take the nail paint off of from my skin/cuticles as said will come out with water. But it’s not coming out and looks so shabby. I chose the chrome option but the colours were limited - with just 4 colour options and no colour palate to even look at. The uv machine looked dirty. He had long nails and looked unkempt.
