For 5-10minut work it took me 3hrs, unnecessary delay die to technician previous job was not completed on app and it was not allowing to start new installation , urban Company cancelled my existing booking and rescheduled with other technician, I had to call to allow to work with technician who had already there, so very disappointing service, I will raise this further ,not acceptable
