I had clearly explained my haircut requirements to the professional multiple times before the service. I specifically asked for my kid's hair to be shortened without ruining the overall look, to keep the side locks long, and to maintain a proper style in the middle. Despite giving detailed instructions, Rizawan did the exact opposite and cut off almost all of my kid's hair. When I politely complained about the result, instead of addressing the issue professionally, he became extremely rude and aggressive. He used abusive language, including the Hindi expletive "MC," behaved in an intimidating manner, and spoke to me in a highly disrespectful and insulting way before walking away. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking this professional. Based on my experience, his behavior was completely unacceptable and felt threatening. No customer should have to tolerate such conduct. I am genuinely shocked that Urban Company has hired someone who behaves so unprofessionally, disrespectfully, and aggressively. I sincerely hope the company takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other customer has to go through such an experience.
